Acceptable but flawed

plastic plantsunhelpful staff
I was not entirely pleased. The room I booked was supposed to include a garden view. Instead, I had a view of a concrete wall decorated with plastic plants. The hotel staff did not try to solve this problem. They claimed they only spoke Japanese, avoiding meaningful assistance.

Average Stay with a Few Issues

convenient locationuncomfortable pillowspoor english skills
The location was convenient, close to the subway station.
The pillows were not comfortable. The room cleaning only happened every other day. The staff at the front desk seemed unhelpful and had limited knowledge about the surrounding area. Communication was challenging because of their poor English skills. It was frustrating. I think a daily room service should be normal.

Excellent Location and Amenities

complimentary amenitiesconvenient servicepeaceful onsensuperb location
The hotel offers complimentary water bottles, a towel set, and tea bags, placed outside the room when the 'do not disturb' sign is displayed. This is very convenient. The onsen includes both an outdoor bath (covered) and an indoor bath. The hotel provides umbrellas to borrow. The hotel's location allowed easy access to numerous sights, shops, and dining options.
The pillows were not to my liking. One reminded me of a piece of a duvet and the other was filled with beads.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast offered many choices, including Western and Japanese options. The hotel restaurant had options (breakfast did not appeal to me). I am Grateful for such great variety.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious and featured a very large bed (maybe even larger than king-size). Multiple sizes of pajamas were available . I think that the room had everything that a guest needs.
